Preeda Crop Top Crochet Pattern

This design is part of my "Asia Crochet Pattern Project" where I've been buying local materials and designing my own crochet goodies.

I designed this top while I was living in Kho Lanta, a super cute, tiny island in Thailand. The vibe there was just so inspiring, and I knew I had to create something special. And guess what? The yarn I used for this top is just amazing! It's made from 100% Tencel, which gives it this incredibly soft and silky feel. I found it at a local shop, and I was sold right away.

Whether you're hanging out with friends, going on a romantic date, or hitting up a trendy event, this top has got you covered. It's not just about the looks either. The crochet work is so intricate and the lace back adds a whole new level of visual interest.

*Preeda means “joyful” in Thai language and it’s used as a female name*

Materials:

4 mm crochet hook, DK yarn, needle to wave in, tape measure, stitch markers.

Skill level:

Intermediate (you need some experience in crocheting)

Features:

★This pattern is "made to size": it requires the use of a tape measure and few calculations. It doesn't provide a specific stitch count for each size as, I believe, everyone has a different and UNIQUE body.
I designed it to be completely made to measure and suitable for everyone, no matter what size, gender, and body shape 🌈 HOWEVER, it is true that each body is different, and there may be variations in how the pattern fits from person to person.

You will find my testers' annotations and my instructions to help you along the process.

The pattern has a lot of pictures to clarify the written instructions.

You would need between 150 gr of yarn (size XS) up to 250/300 gr (size XXL) or more ( bigger sizes).
