Papillon Bralette Crochet Pattern
Did you know that up to 80% of women are wearing the wrong size bra for them?
With your tape measure, some yarn, and a hook, you can now create your own comfortable bra!
The Papillon Bralette comfortably fits all sizes and bra cups and you can choose between 3 different closure styles: Snap Fasteners OR Snap Buttons OR Buttons (see related picture).
I designed it to be completely made to measure and suitable for everyone, no matter what size, gender, and body shape 🌈
I made the first version using Tencel yarn, but once I tried elastic yarn, I fell in love! It is truly really comfortable and the bralette fits like a glove.
Supplies needed:
Hook 3.5 and 4 mm (or corresponding hook to meet the gauge swatch + a bigger hook), Lightweight yarn (either elastic or normal) ~200-600 yards approximately (according to your size), Needle, Tape Measure, Stitch Markers, Snap Fasteners OR Snap Buttons OR Buttons (see related picture).
Skill level: Intermediate
(You need a bit of experience in crocheting)
★This pattern is "made to size": it requires the use of a tape measure and a few calculations. It doesn't provide a specific stitch count for each size as, I believe, everyone has a different and UNIQUE body.
However, you will find my testers' annotations and my instructions to help you along the process.
The PDF has many pictures to clarify the written instructions.
