Because I want to share my personal experience embarking on a journey of self-discovery and healing through the practice of meditation and yoga.
I began this project while I was traveling in Asia, I learned powerful lessons on my own skin and I thought I would introduce that knowledge into my patterns, trying to bring something more into everyone's crocheting path.

4 mm crochet hook, DK yarn, needle to wave in, tape measure, stitch markers (optional)

★This pattern is "made to size": it requires the use of a tape measure and few calculations. It doesn't provide a specific stitch count for each size as, I believe, everyone has a different and UNIQUE body.
However, You will find my testers' annotations and my instructions to help you along the process.
The pattern has a lot of pictures to clarify the written instructions.
You would need between 150 yards of yarn (size XS) up to 280 yards (size L) or more ( bigger sizes).
